RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date, with proof of purchase.

Eligibility for returns:

1.) Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of delivery. 

2.) Item(s) are in the original factory packaging.

3.) Item(s) haven’t been modified, used, or damaged while in your possession.Â

Upon return, your item will be inspected and exchanges, credits or refunds will be issued for the purchase price. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with applicable laws. Delivery fees are non-refundable with the exception of manufacturer defects or transit damage. Villa Rêve reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 days.

You may wish to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email.
